1. WATCH IT Content
1. All available content on the WATCH IT service and/or a site such as information, text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, soundtracks, music, ringtones, or artwork, including but not limited to, the design, configuration, collection, and arrangement of such content is owned, controlled or licensed by the WATCH IT service, its affiliates, service providers or their partners and is protected by copyright, patent and trademark laws, and a variety of other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws and other relevant regulations.
2. Content contained on any of WATCH IT media of publication cannot be reissued, copied, uploaded, posted, modified, transmitted, translated, distributed, or otherwise transferred, in any manner or by any means or technology, including but not limited to electronic and automated imaging or recording to any other computer, server, or website without the prior written consent from the WATCH IT ! service.
3. Any content viewed on the WATCH IT service is meant to be only for personal and non-commercial use and may not be shared with any other individuals or published in any other media. Customers or subscribers may not rebroadcast, publish, display, exploit or use the WATCH IT content for any purpose or prepare it for use and broadcast through any other sites, applications, or any form of media or public broadcasting.
4. Any type of subscription or login does not transfer ownership of any content in any form in whole or in part to the subscriber.
5. You agree to use the WATCH IT service, in accordance with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations, or any other limitations - explained in these terms and conditions - on use of the content included. You agree not to record, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publish, license, offer for sale, or use content and information enclosed in or obtained from the WATCH IT service. You also agree not to: remove, change, deactivate, or try to ruin or stop any of the content protections in the WATCH IT service; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any software or practice accessible through the WATCH IT service; insert any code or manipulate the content of the WATCH IT service in any way, or use any data assembling or data mining methods.
6. WATCH IT content is exclusive worldwide, however, some content is subject to different distribution and copyright agreements. These agreements enable content to be viewed only in certain geographic locations, territories, platforms, or devices.
7. The quality of the display of the WATCH IT content could vary from one device to another, and might be affected by various aspects, including but not limited to, your geographical location, the bandwidth accessible through, and/or speed of your Internet connection. HD, Ultra HD, and HDR availability are dependent on the strength of your Internet service/connection as well as your device specifications. For instance, streaming content that is available in HD quality requires a minimum speed of 5 Mbps per stream. In addition, not all WATCH IT content is presented in all formats, such as HD, Ultra HD, or HDR, and not all subscription plans enable you to watch content in all formats.
8. The WATCH IT service may offer you access to ad-supported or promotional digital content for viewing over a discontinued time period. This content could be based on partnership agreements with third parties that may change the type or the features or discontinue these services. WATCH IT is not responsible for the content contained in any third-party subscription service or the features of these services.
2. Membership
1. Your WATCH IT membership will continue, and you will keep enjoying the streaming until you chose to opt out of it or terminate your subscription. In order to be able to enjoy our service properly you must have internet access and a smart platform/device (TV, mobile phone, tablet, etc.), and provide us with a relevant payment method. By “Payment Method” we refer to a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which can be updated whenever needed, and which possibly will include payment through your account with a third party. Unless you cancel your membership/subscription before your billing date, you give us permission to charge the membership fee for the next billing cycle to your previously specified payment method in your account (see "Cancellation" below).
2. We present a variety of subscription plans (annually, semi-annually, and monthly), some of them may include special promotional memberships offered by third parties juxtaposed with the provision of their own products and services. WATCH IT is not responsible for the products or services that might be provided by those third parties.
3. You have the right to upgrade your subscription plan to a higher one or cancel your membership at any time. Nevertheless, if you start your subscription with the annual plan, you will not be able to change your plan until your actual subscription has ended.
4. WATCH IT provides its service through various means, including but not limited to, the following:
On-demand video plans without advertisements (Subscription Video on Demand);
On-demand video plans with advertisements (Advertising Video on Demand).
3. Promotional Offers
1. Promotional offers are applied in accordance with the specific terms and conditions announced for each offer, and only the official dates and times specified by WATCH IT shall apply.
2. The deadline for an eligible subscription is calculated based on local time (Cairo Time). Any subscription made after 12:00 AM on the last announced qualifying day shall not be considered eligible to benefit from the offer.
3. The promotional offer terms are deemed complementary to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any ambiguity, reference shall be made to the official texts issued by WATCH IT.
4. WATCH IT reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to amend, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer, or to disqualify or exclude any person from benefiting from such promotional offers at any time, without prior notice and without being required to provide any reason.
5. WATCH IT reserves the right to reject any claim or complaint that does not comply with the promotional offer terms or that is submitted after the expiration of the offer period.
4. Billing and Cancellation
1. Billing Cycle:
Your subscription fee to the WATCH IT service and any other charges you may incur in conjunction with your use of our services, such as taxes and probable transaction fees, will be charged to your account, through the particular payment method that you have chosen when signing up for the service, on the specific billing date designated on your "Account" page. The length of your billing cycle is dependent on the subscription plan that you have chosen when you first signed up. We automatically charge your account by the end of your billing period (please check your account settings). Your renewal date may change due to any updates or changes in your subscription plan. As mentioned below, we reserve the right of changing your billing date, in case your payment did not settle successfully due to issues with your Payment Method. Please note that membership fees are fully charged and earned upon payment, and initiate your renewal charge 24 hours before the start date to ensure a seamless experience.
2. Payment Methods:
In order to use the WATCH IT service you are required to provide a Payment Method when signing up for the first time. By doing that, you authorize us to charge the Payment Method associated with your account for payment of your subscription fee. Any uncollected funds or failure to settle your payments due to expiration of your card or, insufficient funds will remain your sole responsibility. In this case, if you do not opt-out of our service and cancel your subscription, we will suspend your access to the service until we manage to successfully charge your Payment Method. For some payment methods through third parties, you may be charged some additional fees, such as transaction fees or any other fees related to the processing of your payment. Please check with your payment method service provider for details.In addition, please note that you can change or update your Payment Method by visiting your "Account" page. If you make such an update, you will be authorizing us to charge your subscription fee to the relevant Payment Method based on your choice/update. The change in your Payment method will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
3. Cancellation:
You can cancel your WATCH IT membership at any time while maintaining access to the service till the closing date of your billing period. Please note that payments are non-refundable, and we do not grant refunds or credits for any partial membership periods or unwatched WATCH IT content. For cancellation, please follow the instructions on the "Account" page. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your process billing period. If you signed up for the service using your account with a third party for payment and wish to cancel your WATCH IT membership, you may need to unsubscribe through the page of that third party.
4. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans::
We reserve the right to change, update, and expand our subscription plans as well as the cost of our service from time to time; nevertheless, any price changes or changes to your subscription plans will apply only to successive billing cycles after notifying you of the relevant changes.
5. Promotional Offers:
We may offer promotional plans or special subscriptions from time to time ("Promotional Offers"). Any specific terms applicable to such promotional offer apply only to that specific promotional offer and throughout the duration of the promotional period. You acknowledge and agree that the full subscription fees will become due immediately upon the continued access to your access plan upon the expiration of any promotional offer, unless you cancel your access plan before the expiration of the mentioned promotional offer. You also agree to pay all these subscription fees on or around this date, and authorize us to impose charges on your payment method for all these subscription fees at this time.
We may also offer access plans through and/or provided by third parties concurrently with the provision of their own products and services, such as, but not limited to, bundling offers from a mobile phone service provider or your broadband provider. We do not take responsibility for the products and services offered by these third parties. If your account and/or subscription with this third party is discontinued or terminated for any reason, it will result in the termination of your access plan and its associated access period.
6. Promo Codes and Vouchers:
If you have a valid promo code or voucher for the service that provides either a discount or free access to the service, no charges will be imposed on your payment method (or reduced subscription fees according to your promo code or voucher).
In the case of a promo code or voucher, you will be required to enter your regular registration details as part of the redemption process for the promo code or voucher and provide a payment method. Once your promo code or voucher period expires, current individual subscription fees for the service will be automatically charged to your payment method. If you do not wish to be charged, you can cancel your account before the end of your access period, as per the cancellation clause outlined in these terms of use.
Only one promo code or voucher is allowed per account, household, phone number, payment method, name, or equivalent, and we reserve the right to prevent you from benefiting from this promotional offer if we believe you have already used a promo code or voucher before.
5. WATCH IT Service
1. You must be 18 years of age or older to become a member of the WATCH IT service. Minors are not permitted to have their own personal accounts and may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.
2. WATCH IT will do all necessary efforts to keep all the platforms in an excellent operational mode all the time and will not bear the results which may result from any defects beyond its reasonable control, or by any force majeure and/or any third-party misconduct.
3. WATCH IT doesn’t guarantee that the content distributed through its platforms will be completely free from any impurities or that it will be suitable for purposes specified by the user at the time of use or will not disturb any viewer or spectators in any form.
4. WATCH IT may make any changes to the service or its content or any of its communication channels and may make any modifications, alterations, repairs, or termination of any existing content without prior notice.
5. You agree not to upload, post, and e-mail or otherwise transmit any material that could lead to interruption, destruction, or cause any kind of limitation to the operation of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment juxtaposed with the WATCH IT service, including but not limited to, any software viruses or files or programs. Any infringement or violation of these terms will result in either termination or restriction of your use of our service.
6. The WATCH IT content library is updated on a regular basis. In addition, we incessantly test different aspects of our service, including our website, user interfaces, promotional features, and availability of our content.
7. WATCH IT reserves the right to charge access and/ or sign-in fees for any content or for streaming content in specific geographical locations. In either case, WATCH IT will Inform customers by the locations of services or the specific content that will require a fee to watch.
8. WATCH IT reserves all rights to take appropriate legal and/or judicial action against any unauthorized use, intrusion, or any other offensive action that could cause any damage to the WATCH IT service, its content, and/or its public image.
9. You agree not to attempt to gain illegal access to the service, any of its features or any portion of it, or any other systems or networks connected to the service, or to any of its content, or assist, or facilitate to a third party the illegal access or cause damage to the service or any of its content by hacking, password "mining" or any other illegal means. In addition, you agree not to breach the security or authentication measures of the service or any network or servers connected to it.
10. You agree not to use the WATCH IT service or its content to defame, assault, harass or threaten or for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions, or to facilitate the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which violates the rights of WATCH IT or others.
6. Passwords and Account Access
1. The only person who has access and full control over the WATCH IT account and is responsible for any activity that occurs through such an account is the user Who created the WATCH IT account? In order to control the account and prevent anyone from accessing the information associated with the account, the member and/or user should maintain control over the device that is used to access the service and not reveal the password to anyone. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us that is associated with your account. We can revoke your account or place your account on hold in order to protect you, and protect ourselves and our partners from identity theft, hacking, or other fraud or illegal activities.
2. We use password encryption to protect your privacy. In other words, no one can access or know your password details except you. In case you forgot your password, you are required to reset your password by following the reset password instructions. We do not have access to your password, and we will not be able to provide you with password details at any time.
7. Warranties and Limitations on Liability
1. The WATCH IT service is provided without warranty. Notwithstanding, our service may always not be uninterrupted or free from technical errors. By accepting these terms and conditions, you waive all unusual, indirect and substantial damages against us. These terms will not affect any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.
8. Violation of These Terms of Use
1. You agree that WATCH IT can, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate, revoke, cancel, block, or put a hold on your account if we conclude that you have violated these terms and conditions or any agreements or terms of our partners or guidelines which may be connected to the use of our service.
2. You agree that any violation by you of these terms and conditions will implicate an illegal and unfair business practice, and will cause irretrievable damage to WATCH IT, for which monetary damages would be inadequate, and you consent to WATCH IT obtaining any equitable and impartial relief that we deem necessary or appropriate in such circumstances.
9. Miscellaneous
1. Governing Law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
2. Survival. If any provision or provisions of these terms and conditions shall be held to be illegal, or unenforceable, the legitimacy, legality, and enforceability of the other provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect.
3. Electronic Communications. We will send you notifications and/or any necessary updates and information such as payment authorizations, changes in password or Payment Method, confirmation messages, etc.; in electronic form only, for example via emails to your email address provided during sign-up and registration.
4. Changes to Terms and Conditions. WATCH IT terms and conditions are subject to change/updates from time to time. We will notify you of any amendments to these terms at least 30 days prior to such changes coming into effect.
